Many of my paintings have been inspired by the majestic scenery of the west coast of Scotland. Views from my home across The Kyles of Bute to Arran are amongst the finest in the region with seascapes that are an ever-changing canvas of light and colour. Vibrant seascapes, yachting and wildlife top the list of my favourite subjects and my aim is to achieve a genuine sense of action and atmosphere in my work.
